Returns

Our Policy is normally a 14 day returns policy for non hygiene products, however due to the current pandemic and due to strict hygiene measures we have in place, we are unable to accept any returns at the current moment in time. This is due to health and safety for us, our staff, our customers and our delivery partners. We hope you can understand.

Refunds  

Whilst we are not accepting returns and therefore refunds at the current time we will however make exceptions for refunds if the error falls with us. This will be done case by case to ensure fairness for those that aren't responsible for any mishaps requiring refunds. 

Missing/Lost Items

If your items are missing or have not arrived yet please email us with your order number and your order details to info@healthyhandscompany.co.uk and we will track down the order. If this is an issue on the delivery partners side we will issue a new parcel to you at no expense to you. If this is an issue of a missing product will be investigate and issue new products or partial refunds where applicable.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
